Jennifer Earl & John Law - Coached by Amy Shamgochian
John and Jennifer have been married almost four years and have known each other seven years. John, 51 is a Large Equipment Operator for PG&;E and has been there for 15 years. Jennifer, 46 is the owner of The Spa in Turlock and is also a certified Life and Leadership Coach. John has two grown children Ashley and Jordan. Jennifer is on the board of the Central Valley Chapter of Autism Speaks. John is also active with the Autism Speaks walk and cycled for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. While John and Jennifer don’t have any professional training they do love to cut a rug when they are out in Downtown Turlock! John’s favorite thing about Jennifer is her love for helping others to succeed whether is personal or business. Jennifer loves John’s sense of humor and that he loves to dance! Both are excited the DWTTS opportunity and to help raise money for great causes!
Amy, 46, is currently a nursing student and will have fulfilled her dream of becoming a registered nurse in April! She and her husband, Steve, just celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary and are the proud parents of Mackenzie, 21, a senior at the University of Oregon (GO DUCKS!) and Steven, 18, a senior at Pitman High School (ROLL PRIDE!). Amy loves being a mom, a student, working with Turlock Unified School District, and volunteering in her community for Turlock Salvation Army, The American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Covenant Care Hospice, Dinner at Dusk, Pitman Sports Booster Club, Pitman Varsity Baseball, and the Pitman Development Foundation. Amy started dancing at the age of 4, danced across America with Hoctor’s Dance Caravan at the age of 15, traveled to Canada and Australia to dance at the World’s Fair, and taught jazz, tap and ballet for 14 years at the Deborah Morgan Dance Studio. She proudly took home the Mirror Ball in 2014 with a perfect score of 30, and won the Best Choreography Award in 2015!
